Making a Suggestion or Reporting a Bug

Suggestions

All software can be improved. Several of the features implemented in DanceWizard have come from suggestions or conversations with cuers like yourself. If you have an idea for something that would make your job as a cuer easier then please let us know at DanceWizard Software.

Use the built-in Bug Reporting Tool to notify us of the idea (this is preferred)

Please include enough information (make sure your email address is correct) so that we can understand what is being suggested.

Bugs and Issues

DanceWizard is a rather complex piece of software, and there will inevitably be bugs that slip through testing. Please report these in one of the following ways:

For bug reports please include as much information as you can to describe what happened, and what you expected to happen. Please make sure your email address is correct.

The bug reporting tool collects information logged by DanceWizard that can help isolate the problem, but only captures what happened in the current and previous runs of the program. Because of this it is important that the bug is reported as soon as possible, otherwise the bug report may not capture enough information to understand and fix the problem.

DanceWizard software may request additional log files if needed to solve the problem.
